- With Property Managers: Applicant screening information is shared with the property manager who requested the report, as authorized by the applicant.

- For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

5. Your Rights Under the FCRA
As a consumer reporting agency, we comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You have the following rights:
- Right to Disclosure: You can request a copy of your consumer report file.

For identity verification, we may collect biometric information including facial geometry from selfies. This information is:
- Collected only with your explicit consent
- Used solely for identity verification purposes
- Processed by our identity verification partner (Plaid)
- Deleted within 3 years or upon your request
